While we'd helped with some custom CSS previously, we should have offered clearer guidance instead of pointing you elsewhere. Leaving the ticket open without a resolution definitely isn't how we want to handle things.

very satisfied with this app. the response when i asked for help is really fast and helpful, i remember i asked things so many times and the guy named sebastian helped me a lot, really appreciate.
Middle of the night, I have to fix my subscriptions and the GOAT Dovydas helped me fix it. Keep in mind loop subs is a different app to kaching ,but he somehow made it work and helped me with my kaching bundles.
10/10 customer service, saved my store and I will only be using kaching products now because of him give him a raise.
