Dominykas was brilliant - did a great job looking into a complex issue which he found the cause of (unrelated to kaching) and gave good advice how to fix
Great support team especially Tomas, he helped me quickly and efficiently. I had some issues with properly setting up my stock such that it would appear as a free gift and within 5 minutes Tomas helped me resolve this problem. Absolutely one of the best apps on shopify for sellers to easily and effectively increase sales and make the overall purchase process simple!
Great app! I needed help figuring out how to configure the volume discounts so that my customers could receive a quantity breaks discount while ordering multiple products and Erikas was really helpful and solved the problem right away!
