This is the third app we use from Kaching developer and again it worked like a charm after the installation. It does exactly what is needed for our shop and supports wonderfully multilanguage. It even worked perfectly with other apps that changes the "Checkout" button. And last butnot least Sebastian from their support team was quick in solving a minor glitch with product label not displaying correctly. Their support has always been very responsive and precise and that is really appreciated. Highly reccomended.

I always used this app on my stores to increase revenue and to do create different offers and I always pleased with the overall quality and support team. Sebastian went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot a bundle display issue that had me completely stuck. We spent nearly two hours going back and forth and he never once made me feel like I was asking too much. He sent detailed screenshots with arrows pointing to exactly where I needed to go no guessing, no vague instructions. We worked through every step together until the bundles were rendering correctly on my store. Genuinely one of the best support experiences I've had with any Shopify app. Sebastian is the reason I'm staying with Kaching longterm.

Er was een functie die ik vond ontbreken. Het handmatig kunnen uitsluiten van markten zodat ik niet veel handmatig werk moest verichten door voor elke markt een apparte bundel aan te maken. blijkbaar waren ze al bezig met de functie en hoefde ze de functie alleen nog in te schakelen voor mijn account. het was direct geregeld binnen 5 minuten waardoor ik nu uren bespaar elke maand. grote dank aan Eligijus die mij heeft geholpen.

Love this app, and would have so many less sales without it. Any issue is also handled so well with the support staff. Dominykas helped me out the other day. He was so great helping me with my issue and fixing what I needed. Always would recommend this for any shop.

Love, the app, making bundles that actually convert is so easy. I did have an issue with app when my downloaded theme from another company was giving the bundle with colours showing on the product page. I contacted support and Paul fixed the issue in no time. Excellent service and support.
