Profit Bundles & Mystery Boxes

I'm very satisfied with this app. The pricing is fair and it makes it easier to sell bundled products AND keep track of the inventory for them, rather than bundle them yourself and have the inventory all over the place. My only wish is for the bundle title not to appear on customer packing slips along with the bundled items. It can be confusing to customers. However, idk if there is anything that can be done about it on the app's end, so they still get five stars

Customer service is also top notch in my experience.

This is a cool app. Easily create bundle products out of your current inventory and this app manages the count of the individual products for you. That way, you can sell the individuals and the bundles at the same time and not have to change the count yourself.

This is literally the only app on the entire marketplace that does what we were searching for - being able to have a customer subscribe to one product but assigning them a random product every time the order is fulfilled (think mystery boxes). Before profit bundles we were doing this entirely manually and it was a nightmare.

On top of the app being just generally great out of the box, support has been beyond amazing and has even helped implement more features as we talked through potential wish lists!

I have so many great things to say about this app and the developer. It is easy to use and creates mystery boxes seamlessly. The support is extremely responsive and I was able to speak to the founder personally to suggest new features. 10/10

Really quick response from developer, I had some mystery boxes with hundreds of componets and it was timing out, they quickly fixed it and it should work great now. Solves a big request I was getting from customers. Mystery/random/grab bags! They should rename the app to highlight this, as I found a lot of comments online looking for an app that did just this and this seems to be the only app that solves it!

Fantastic support. We received a quick and friendly reply by email when we had queries. When we had a very urgent request, a video call was even arranged at short notice. We were able to realise our planned Mystery Box campaign with the help of the app. We can highly recommend the app and the team.

Poor bundles app. It absolutely does not work well with other sales channels. When a bundled product is sold, the original order gets cancelled and a new order is created. Due to automatic integrations, the cancellation is also sent to the marketplace. We only found out afterwards—when customers had already received their orders but also got a refund via the marketplace. Very poorly implemented.
