We have had this app installed in our store for over a year now. We don't actually use it for its true intended purpose (bundling & discount management) but rather as a sort of BOM management system since our products are customizable with shared parts.
It works perfectly for us, we have never had an issue with it, and the support from the developer is top-tier. Highly recommend!
- The app didn't seem to work at all in our shop. Bundles had no effect on orders, and the availability of components wasn't deducted from the inventory.
- The app can't be installed in our test shop due to the error message "The Shop cannot accept the provided charge." This worked perfectly with other apps, both with and without a trial period. Having to test an app on a live shop, especially one that we want to test by creating orders, shipping, and potentially handling returns, is very inconvenient.
- After installing the app, it took a very long time (about an hour) for product images to appear in Bundles.app. Even after a much longer period, there are still products whose images aren't displayed in the Bundles.app. Our Shopify store only has 148 products.
Thanks for your review. If the app doesn't change the inventory that's most likely because items are set up in a different bundling app too.
The app can be installed on a dev store, but Shopify does not allow trials to be started on all stores. I can manually activate it if the dev store is a permanent dev store.
The import of the products from your store took less than 30 seconds. The images are not stored in my app those are coming from Shopify directly, would love to help you solve this.

Very useful app and excellent support! The products in our main product line are made up of 3-5 shared components in varying quantities. The Bundles app not only keeps our stock levels accurate on components, it also ensures correct packing by listing the components and quantities right on the packing list.
I love this app! We run multiple bundles/ kits on our site and this helps simplify inventory levels -- have been using it for years with no issues. Really helps if you're splitting inventory between chanels. Highly recommend.

I have been using this app for a couple of years and it gets around a number of things that Shopify cannot do bt default. It is very comprehensive and Harold offers excellent customer service
Super simple to use and the inventory syncs from individuals to bundles (and vice versa) seamlessly. Thought about just configuring this functionality ourselves but this app just makes it easy
I've really enjoyed using the bundles app to track my store inventory so far, it's simple & seamless to use (which I really appreciate) and it allows you to keep the front of your store within your own style which is very important to me & why I chose it. I recently had a few functionality questions and Harold at Bundles got back to me within an hour (even though he's in Europe & I'm in LA) and he stayed up late to help me sort the confusion (which was actually a store / variants issue in the end). I really appreciated his immediate kind feedback & willingness to help me sort it out) he answered all my questions and we closed everything out with effortless speed, thank you!
Been using this app since 2020 with great success. Does everything I need and more. Does not slow down the page, handles inventory correctly and is user friendly. Best solution I could find when it comes to bundles.
Sent an email asking for help adding metafields to the app so the bundles would show up correctly on the invoice. Replies within an hour or so, a few emails back and forth and voila. Everything works like a charm!

This app has been absolutely pivotal for our success. Our inventory management would be a mess without it. The majority of our sales are for "DIY Kits" that are comprised of a number of components. Our inventory is extremely dependent on this app for proper functioning & inventory allocation/syncing across multiple selling platforms. It keeps track of everything and automatically adjusts inventory levels based on quantity of components. We just opened up a new store on the east coast (and are opening another in AZ) and discovered that this app now has an update to allow for multi-location inventory syncing.. A LIFE SAVER!!! All I had to do was reach out to the support team, and had an answer in 6 MINUTES, and a fix! Crazy fast response time. We've been using this app since very early on in our Shopify selling history. Worth every penny, highly recommend.
