Bundles.app ‑ Inventory Sync

I've tried a handful of "Bundle" apps available on Shopify, but they were all unnecessarily complicated and expensive. I came across Bundles.app by chance and after some testing, switched to it very quickly and have not looked back. It is extremely simple to use, yet still has the needed functionality for a very reasonable price. Like I mentioned, it is very simple to use, but there were a few times I had questions or needed clarification, and Harold has always been VERY helpful and quick to respond.

This app and its developer deserve 10 stars. We have used it for several years to manage inventory for bundles as well as virtual products like embroidered items. Harold (the developer) provides amazing support. Every time I have contacted him, he has responded almost immediately with a helpful answer or solution. He has also improved the app over the years we have used it. The new multi-location feature is perfect for anyone who uses Shopify POS for retail stores in addition to a warehouse for online orders.

I don't normally write reviews but am so impressed with this app. It's perfect. It syncs my alias skus and bundles perfectly with their components. It's very user friendly and took me no time to figure it out. The best part is that it splits up the syncs to different locations which is the winning feature for me. All of the other apps I tried would add the inventory up from multiple locations and sync the total which isn't what I wanted. Now I have my skus synced for both my warehouse and my storefront. 5 stars!

Exactly what we needed!

We sell products in single bars and in box sets, as we've grown, managing stock with Shopify's basic inventory system became a nightmare, this app directly plugs into Shopify's inventory system and links the two inventories together - it also works well with oversell which is perfect!

Been using for a week now and can tell once we have all products set up it will save us countless hours of work!

Bundles has been an absolute life saver for our inventory management. We sell grain, hops and a bunch of other items that we package ourselves. They all draw from the same inventory but it come in many different sizes with different prices. Bundles has allowed us to tie everything together in inventory.

It also offers suggested pricing for the Bundle which can save time on building prices for your items.

Harold has also been super responsive to any questions we have had, but the app works really smoothly without much of any help or intervention from the developer.

This app is a total game changer if you're do bundles or kits that consist of different products! Just set up the bundle rule for what items you need to complete your kit or bundle and the app will automatically calculate how many kits you can sell and remove the individual items each time a kit is sold. We used to pull our hair out with trying to keep track of inventory before we found Bundles. The customer support from Harold has also been incredible. They recently added a new feature to sync with a shipping app to make things even easier on our shipping team. I cannot recommend this app enough!

This app suits our needs perfectly and is so user-friendly. I was looking for an app to replace Connected Inventory for our shop. Besides the syncing inventory functionality, we were specifically looking for an app that would not allow bundles to sell when components of the bundle were sold out. Also, I wanted an app where I could duplicate and modify bundles, so that I didn't have to create them from scratch each time to account for bundle variants. This app does both things so well, and keeps the inventory clean. Also, I messed up part of the setup and Harold was very helpful. He is communicative, prompt and polite.

Just like an escalator makes it easy and convenient to bring you up or down a level, this app makes it easy and convenient to create bundles and manage inventory. This is literally the only app you need to create bundles! Super easy to set up, syncs up with inventory and is always accurate. Don't mess with the other apps that may have all these shiny bells and whistles that ultimately just end up being unneccesary. This app did everything we expected it to do and then it quickly did more! It's easy to use and perfect for what we needed. Our store has many jewelry items and gift sets that contain multiple components and products. This app allows us to easily bundle those items together for inventory and organizational purposes. The app support is great! Harold is so easy to communicate with and gets back to you with helpful information right away. Not to mention that after only a month or so of using the app, he's added features based on our needs that have been incredibly helpful. It's nice to know that he's always working to improve the app based on feedback from users. Highly recommend!
