We have been fine for 3 years. Have been very happy with the app UNTIL our second location was opened.. This app cannot cope with changing fulfillment locations.
Once raised to Harold he was very quick to help and made sure that everything was running fine.
So far so good, will update if there is any changes.
Straightforward and clean addition to your store. On top of that though, support is thorough, helpful, professional, friendly, and genuinely assists to solve any queries you may have. Service is the main component in setting businesses, both large and small, apart. 100% recommend.

Works perfectly and is an easy solution if you dont have Shopify Plus. Also customer support is quick and ready to add some small changes.
Just installed. Set up about 20+ bundles in no time at all. I was using a similar app on BigCommerce and it took me forever!! This app is fantastic, it is created with the user in mind.
The only app for bundles you should consider, handles everything and stellar customer service.
