The support in unmatched and definitely something to be proud of in this industry. I love that they are constantly adding new features.

I've been loving the communication/customer support that Buzzbassador has been giving myself and the company! We're excited for the possibilities that this app can provide our business.
We've been looking for an ambassador app like this for about a year, something we can really have control over and knowledge on who is interested in our ambassador program. With the communication we've had with the Buzzbassador team, I think we've finally found our solution! This is a great app to really gain knowledge on who your ambassadors are.
It is such a pleasure doing business with such great people. Right after I subscribed for the app, I was able to schedule an intro meeting with the co-founder of the company and get true insight on how to deploy the service to serve my needs very specifically. The customer service is fantastic and the integration a breeze thanks to the hard work that was put in making amazingly detailed videos. I wish more companies were treating their customers with this level of care. Thank you Buzzbassador :D
Excellent ambassador platform and superb customer service!!! Calvin and Shelby are awesome! I cannot say enough about how wonderful and responsive the team at Buzzbassador has been! They are incredibly responsive and they truly care about the success of each of the companies that use their app. If you are trying to decide among a number of ambassador apps, look no further, Buzzbassador is truly the one to go with! Great platform and great service!

I know our support and founder teams have already been in communication with you since this review was written, but just wanted to respond here and reiterate that we apologize that you were facing slow response times at the time of this review. We pride ourselves on offering great support, as many of our other reviews have noted, but we realize that we missed the mark with response times in some of our recent communications with you. We have made improvements to our customer support hours on our end since this feedback, as well as adjusted our pricing structure to ensure all customers have equal access to email and chat support. We also were happy that we could build and launch that custom feature request you asked for. All in all, thank you for making us better!

Used this app to help organize my ambassador program - and it blew my expectations out of the water! The customer service is AMAZING, the layout is very user friendly, & it helps so much that buzzbassador takes care of the calculations & payouts so I don’t have to do it manually anymore!
