This app gives us acess to a lot of data which would have taken hours to calculate manually or needed very interesting expensive tools like microsoft BI or tableau. Happy to get easy to use intelligence tool which I had been looking for a very long time. Does ita job beautifully and makes life easier for smaller businesses like our :)

The team was very helpful! They generated custom reports for our team within 12 hours of correspondence. Very fast, efficient, friendly, and it seems the analytics here are quite robust and customizable! Definitely recommended.

Handy App and not expensive. I love the option to "Combine line items with different titles for the same Product" on some reports and weekly insight email is great, giving you a high level breakdown of sales for the previous week.

We just started to use 'ByTheNumbers' and found some small issue, but we are amazed with prompt and quick fix. Reports are accurate and very insightful. We are looking for option to re-run data sync. Overall, the experience is great!

App is slow and been essentially in beta testing forever. Still doesn't provide anything that I can't calculate in under 60 seconds with a calculator. now that it's a paid app. Uninstalling. I'm a shop who pays $500+ a month in apps. Yet, this app just simply doesn't add any actionable analytics.

This app is great! Lost of very useful information, I especially love the customer loyalty report, using this report I was able to bring back customers that were about to the defect. The information in this report is extremely important and already paid for this app for the next few years!

By the Numbers has been a hugely helpful app for our company - allowing us to create segments and cohort analysis we can't do with Shopify alone! And their support team (incl. Fred) is very responsive whenever we need additional features added, custom reports or have questions of any kind.

Piam, Syrus and his team provide the best customer service I have ever seen. They really care about the customers and their challenges. They really try to explain everything to you during meetings and show you what is possible. The software has huge potential and a lot of possibilities. Highly recommended. The Loyalty, Segment and Cohort analysis sections are very comprehensive and the reports section has a lot of insights. The team made the enhancements we needed in an incredibly short time and went live. Great customer service.
