I used this app to migrate from Yahoo Stores over to Shopify and it worked great! I also needed some customizations and customer support was able to complete all of those requirements without a problem. I have migrated other sites using them in the past and have always had a great experience. I'll continue using them in the future.
NEVER would I use this again. I give one star just because their pre purchase sales ability is very good! There is so much work to do after they HAVE YOU do the migration. Customer service was delayed emails, and the time I made a lady speak to me and struggled to understand her, it was no help. They wanted MORE money, and it took everything over in a jumbled mess.
Please accept our apologies about this situation with your migration. We are extremely sorry about the delays and are ready to fix the issues with your data that has not been moved over correctly as fast as possible.
However, without the examples, our techs won't be able to find the reason for this issue.

This app helped us migrate over from Volusion to Shopify, relatively without issue. Obviously some things didn't come over perfectly (i.e. not all categories were turned into collections), but that's to be expected when making such a major switch. Will certainly use this app again if the need arises, but I doubt it because Shopify is 10 million times better than Volusion
I used this app to move thousands of products from my Magento store to my new Shopify store. After the test migration, there were a few pieces of data missing so we contacted support and notified them of the issue. They immediately responded and assisted us and migrated all of the missing date shortly after. They were very helpful and super responsive. Thanks for all of your help!
We did a custom migration with Cart2Cart and were pleasantly surprised with the results. Our store is quite large, yet everything migrated perfectly and much quicker than we expected. The whole team at Cart2Cart did a great job! We got timely updates and helpful info every step of the way. Overall, the service saved us huge amounts of time and money. This is the first time I'm migrating to Shopify and it saved me a ton of time. I came from Magento and the migration tool brought over all of the products, pages, orders and customers. I paid extra for the mapping of categories and redirect setup. The biggest thing is make sure you understand your store and what will and will not be migrated. This will ensure you select the correct options when buying this.
Great app and service, great support and lots of features making it easy for both tech-savvy and not so tech-savvy businesses. Very quick to carry out the migration and saving huge amounts of time and money. We would all recommend this app for anyone moving from Magento to Shopify, however, I would recommend from any platform to any other platform as well. Well worth consisdering Cart2Cart before you look anywhere else!

We migrated a large x-cart site to shopify. This was the only app that could help us migrate hundreds of thousands of orders and customers. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They answered my questions quickly and accurately. The initial migration went smoothly with no errors. The final migration at launch (to bring in the newest orders and customers) went equally as well. Data security was also handled to my satisfaction. Definitely would recommend this app.
Great App, so easy to use. I was asked to help transfer the old data from a PrestaShop system to Shopify. Basically, I cheated and used this app to do all the hard work for me. :-D Just uploaded a few files to the old install, answered a few questions about what I wanted to transfer (didn't even have to map data columns or anything) just selected, Products, Customers and Orders. It did a demo transfer for me to check the quality and then quoted me a price to transfer the rest - super simple!
