We moved our store from WooCommerce to Shopify using Cart2Cart and the whole process was much easier than I expected. We had around 2,500 products with variations, customer accounts, and several years of orders. Most of the data transferred correctly on the first try, including product images and categories. The demo migration was especially useful because we could check everything before paying for the full transfer. Had a small issue with a few product variants, but support helped sort it out quickly. Definitely saved us a lot of manual work.

Cart2Cart is a great app and service that allows you to migrate from old sites to shopify with confidence. Orders, posts, content, URL redirects, images - everything can be brought over. The customer service is excellent and they are very responsive and helpful. I would recommend their services and I use them for all my website migrations.

Customer support, once they responded was helpful with getting my data transferred to my new web host. I was unable to utilize the app myself, as the app attempts to automatically connect to your old host's page and doesn't prompt the user to enter any 2FA attempts that the old host may send you. If it wasn't for customer service, the app would be otherwise unusable.

I’m leaving a 1-star review. This app doesn’t work as advertised. The URL redirects don't work at all. I’ve contacted the developers multiple times, but they completely ignored me. Despite paying a high fee, I haven't received the service I paid for.
Danil was very patient with us and answered all questions. the step by step process was also very helpful
