My experience with the loyalty app has been excellent
The support team was very responsive and helpful, and Tanveer in particular was outstanding. She assisted me a lot with setting everything up and resolving all the issues quickly and professionally.
Overall, the service is easy to use and very useful for improving customer engagement.

Great product, and excellent support experience.
Still working on the app, but it's good. Having the option to create VIP tiers and a point system is great. Setting it up is simple but whenever there are issues their support team is on point with getting the issue resolved. Hopefully they come out with more ways to customize it that doesn't require touching the website's code.
