They were immediately helpful in answering my questions! I had some issues with a previous app I tried out and they were able to address those issues and point me in the right direction. Still poking around the app but I think it's going to work for my needs.

Ateeb is the best and has the best customer service! I was able to let him know what I wanted and he set it up for me with no problems! Browsed others, but none were as attentive and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to add loyalty/rewards to their site!
Having a massive amount of trouble - have reached out to help desk twice. They say they have 24/7 help - they dont. Then they say within 3 hrs by email - that was 5 hrs ago and still nothing.
