Outstanding experience with COD King! A special shout-out to Pankaj and Gaurav, who did a wonderful job assisting us throughout the entire process. From initial onboarding and custom rule setup to final integration and testing, their support was seamless, prompt, and highly professional.
They took the time to understand our store requirements, helped configurepayment features flawlessly, and ensured everything ran smoothly without any friction at checkout. It is rare to see such dedicated customer service. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant looking to reduce RTO and optimize COD operations!
The payment flow is confusing. Customers see the COD King popup and then Shopify's native checkout, creating two different payment experiences. In some cases, different amounts are displayed in prepaid, which reduces trust and increases the chances of cart abandonment.
We've had a great experience so far. The app offers useful features for COD stores and has helped streamline our operations. What really stands out is their support team—they're responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any queries. Every interaction has been smooth, and the response time has been excellent. Overall, it's been a reliable solution, and we're happy with both the product and the support provided.
