The app works perfectly and is very easy to use. Everything runs smoothly and exactly as expected. What really makes the difference is the customer support: the team is extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and always available to assist whenever needed. They respond quickly and do their best to find solutions to any questions or issues.
“WhatsApp OTP is blocking my Shopify checkout. It sometimes appears before payment-method selection, including for customers who were already verified within the last few hours. Sometimes no OTP is delivered, preventing the customer from reaching the payment page. Persistent Verification is enabled. Also, the $5/$10 balance top-up buttons were not working, and now the app says my account has reached the maximum daily top-up limit. Please fix the OTP delivery/persistent verification issue and confirm whether OTP can be triggered only when Cash on Delivery is selected.”
Really happy with the Relasit COD Fee app. It was very straightforward to set up and works exactly as expected. The support team is also excellent friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful whenever I had a question. Overall, a great app and a great experience!
The setup was quick and straightforward, and the rule worked perfectly during checkout testing: COD remained available for smaller orders and disappeared automatically when the order total exceeded our limit.
This gives us much better control over high-value orders and protects our business from costly refused deliveries. The app works exactly as expected and is easy to configure. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant offering cash on delivery!
Support team is excellent.. they help me alot to fix the issue . Immediately they assist me and they work around 1 house to find the route causes that was missing from my side in my Shopify store .

The app could be very useful if the interface were more intuitive.
Unfortunately, customer support is not particularly helpful. I spent a considerable amount of time exchanging emails with what turned out to be an AI assistant regarding an issue they were ultimately unable to resolve. After keeping me engaged in a long email thread, the final response was simply: "It can't be done."
A complete waste of time.
