App has been great so far. Had some issues getting some products in but the support is great and took care of it very quickly. They have a chat support option but provide more support via a Skype group which makes getting responses and help really quickly. What I like best about this app is that it imports individual variant pricing as well, which importing via CSV does not do. So far so good, great app!

I have tried about four or five different apps to import my Etsy listings to my Shopify and they all were not very good except for this one.

I finally got one that works almost perfect. It is very user-friendly and with only a few tweaks in Shopify my listings are ready to go saving me a bunch of time and energy.

I highly recommend this app and the developers reached out to me and are very generous helpful and friendly great people thanks for an awesome solution to a much-needed problem

I used this app to import my Etsy listings to my Shopify store. The app worked like magic is being performed. As soon as I finished the registration step and account connection step, I started the import process, all the products were listed on the app, then with the upload process, all the products on my Shopify store.

I was like, wow, so easy and fast! There pricing is so awesome.
I love this app. Would surely want to use this app again.

Out of all the comparable applications, we have attempted, Multichannel Importer is our record-breaking top choice. Heaps of setting alternatives. The majority of the applications permit item imports from just restricted sites, notwithstanding, Multichannel Importer lets you import from eBay, Etsy, Amazon, wish and Walmart! With the mass import alternative, you can include several items into your store with a tick of catches. Additionally extraordinary client care, we enthusiastically suggest this application.

We recently found the CEDCommerce team after having major issues with the official eBay app on Shopify. We decided to test out the Multichanel Importer and eBay marketplace integration after seeing their reviews, which are both offered by CED. I have never been this impressed by a service before. Nothing seems like an issue to them and they have delivered on every promise quicker than expected. It's likely that if we need new apps in the future, we would search to see if CED could assist before looking elsewhere. Top service!

I was having difficulty importing products from Etsy into my Shopify shop. I used the online chat option and someone from the team helped me immediately! Incredible customer service and in the midst of a pandemic. I would highly recommend this app as well as the outstanding support behind it. They fixed the issue and now all of my products are listed in Shopify. If you are trying to migrate anything over from another ecomm sight, I would highly recommend this app. Don't do what I did waist your time trying to import via the Shopify .csv product import as you will waste time. Use this app instead.

Overall, everyone on the team has been super nice so that's for the 3 stars. In terms of the program itself, it's not as seamless as marketed so it's a 1.5 stars; at least not for companies with a few thousand products and multiple variations. We had over 3100 products and it is still being uploaded. We are told it may take up to 50 days to upload all the products, I thought it would take 1 day to 2 days to upload all this to Shopify from Etsy but it's still an ongoing project. Best part is not all the images are pushed over for the uploads and sometimes their server doesn't connect leading to zero uploads some days. I wish I knew this would be the experience. I would have never paid for this nonrefundable service that isn't living to what's marketed. Long story short, if you have several thousand products with multiple variations, this app is not for you unless you are okay with missing images, and personally uploading these files over the next few months.

I've been selling on ebay for 10 years, but decided to open do my own website, i needed an app that could sync my ebay & shopify stock and to bulk upload all my products from ebay to shopify saving me hours and not having to have separate stock. I had a few complications, as i used webinterpret on ebay, so it imported all my products and not just UK ones, how ever this was no problem, Multichannel Importer managed to separate UK listing to a separate list, then sent the UK list to shopify, Bulk loading my whole inventory from ebay to shopify. Then i had another issue as the template that i used on ebay caused issues with how the description looked on Shopify, But this was no problem for my Multichannel importer staff Deepti , she worked above and beyond to fix this and make the description look correct. The customer service here is amazing, if you are already an Ebayer thats just starting out on shopify this is a must to get your inventory straight onto shopify saving you hours of time for not much ££, absolutely excellent. I was searching on 11/24/2019 for a way to import our products from excel sheets of 30-60K to our shopify store, I was told to look into Omni by shopify, I then looked over their details from omni importer site and decided to click on the chat and their came (Shubhangi). We then chatted a few minutes on what I was trying to do and then we agreed to have me attach the excel sheet and I explained to her what columns I need to match on shopify's platform and then she immediately had changes made in the first few hours and was truly 85 percent done. They took the next 4 hours and had to program the additional columns I wanted to implement from their app to apply to my shopify platform in their system. Shubhangi kept in touch thru those hours guaranteeing me this would be done before her shift was over. It was a long night to early next morning for me but non the less Shubhangi made it happen with her team as she said she would. It’s now been three days and still she assists me with my learning to use their importer myself as she has told me numerous times they would import them for me, but I am just the type to do myself (control freak) lol. If anyone is looking to use this omni importer do not hesitate and ask to speak to Shubhangi thru the chat. I just wanted to say thank you again Shubhangi and your team.
