The app works well and the inbox feature is great. My website performance has increased (the last chat app I had took up to many resources) but with Chataway I dont have this issue anymore.

So far so good. I am currently on the free plan and don't see any limitations to the app. I receive all alerts into an inbox that can be accessed through a mobile app or through Shopify. I am able to reply to customers in real time.

This is a great chat app! I can easily chat live with any of my customers. It notifies me straight away when a customer starts a new chat, and I added lots of FAQs which allows customers to get answers to common questions without having to chat with me!
Also, the tool looks great on my website and is easy to customize to my brand.
