Just started using the app, so it’s still early and I don’t have much to say about the features yet. But during setup, customer support (Sophie) was super responsive and helpful. The whole experience felt smooth and reassuring, which gives me confidence that the app itself will be just as reliable.
Chizy AI Chatbot has drastically reduced our manual support and improved customer response time. The in-chat product browsing and smart AI automations work perfectly. A big thanks to Sophie for helping us a lot with setup and customization. Highly recommended!
