Chizy: AI Chatbot & AI Chat

I've always been sceptical about AI chat with it often giving wrong information or answers. Chizy is not like that at all and after some quick training and document uploads to expand the AI knowledge it works really well give precise answers based on our store.
The integration directly into Shopify Inbox is a bonus and helps you keep an eye on conversations the AI is having.

I'd recommend this app. It took me minute to get used to the training aspect of it, as it doesn't pick up on all of the details on your website. Once I realized where to add the specifics on the app, there weren't any other issues. If you're looking for specific answers, then you have to enter specific information, otherwise you'll go round in circles.

I am beyond impressed with the Chizy AI Chatbot! The setup was incredibly smooth, and the AI learned my product data perfectly (100% learning progress!).

Perfect app !

Amazing customer service and support. The app was very easy to learn and the AI trained in no time to address questions accurately about anything from my store. What made the experience of using this app even better was Sophie taking the initiative to make sure after synching it to my shopify inbox that the chat function was strategically positioned on my page for desktop and mobile browsing to not overlap with anything else on my page when being used. She promptly provided her support to adjust the coding for proper positioning. This app is a must have with top tier service and support.

Jade was incredibly helpful! The Shopify Inbox integration didn’t work very well at first, but it somehow started working after she reached out to the tech team. Hopefully it stays stable moving forward. Still, 5 stars for the excellent customer service and the generous, powerful app!
