Merchants highly recommend this app for COD-heavy stores, especially in India. They say IVR calls and WhatsApp flows significantly reduce fake COD orders and RTO, auto-cancel risky orders, and remove the need for manual calling staff. Features like dual Call + WhatsApp flow, address and order confirmation, shipment updates, abandoned cart recovery, and COD-to-prepaid conversion are praised, along with easy setup, seamless Shopify integration, and responsive support.
