We love Commslayer! We were wary to migrate away from Gorgias but Karri and the Commslayer team have been amazing. Onboarding was quick, the tool itself is simple to use and functions well, and issues are resolved with lightning speed. They are one of the most responsive teams we've ever worked with and their commitment to developing the best CX tool out there is evident in all that they do. Make the switch - you won't regret it!
Moved away from Gorgias as they were ripping us off with their pricing (otherwise it's a great product). Now I'll get all FB/IG ad comments into our helpdesk for free.
This is a great CX app – works well and is MUCH less expensive than other apps. Highly recommend!
Kari and his team have built a wonderful app, new features all the time and amazing support! Much cheaper than Gorgias too.
I'm not sure how they offer this deep set of features at this price. Even the Free version is crazy good. Support has been prompt. Highly recommend.
It should be criminal to offer an app for free with so many features.
Commslayer has been a massive help in our small business to streamline our helpdesk.
I can't imagine the skills of the paid version. We'll be upgrading soon.
