Been watching the roadmap for over a year whilst trying to take the leap of faith to switch and when I saw the speed of development vs Gorgias it became a no brainer. We've tried several helpdesk tools for our Shopify store, but Commslayer has been the easiest to set up and use. The AI responses save our team a huge amount of time and the Shopify integration works perfectly. What really impressed us is how quickly the team ships new features and responds to feedback. We used Gorgias for just over a year after they gave us a good offer that pulled us away from Richpanel. Then they launched their shopping AI agent and refused to allow us to remain on the same deal if we INCREASED our business with them. At that point we knew that they wouldn't allow us to grow without penalising us so we started looking elsewhere. Found Commslayer and I must say I have been very impressed with their product in the past 2 months that we've used it. Their AI agent is light years ahead of Gorgias and it's clear that they write software with their users in mind. I really hope they keep things this way.
