T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

I update this review after about one year using the app, to reconfirm the 5 stars. Although it still requires a little manual work, the app improved A LOT since I first installed it.

Customer service is TOP notch, the Ai is ok for simple stuff, and when questions become more specific, the response of the live agents is speedy and efficient.

The only rough spot continues to be reviews, while it seems to be working with Judge.me (I don't know anymore), I've switched to Okendo for many reasons, and it just doesn't seem to have automatic options for translating reviews or reviews from that app yet..

Still, I tried quite a few of the most popular translation apps before this one, and this one so far continues to balance price, quality and usability the best. I'm still staying :)

Great app, installation and configuration was smooth and adding translations is easy. Adding a language selector was easy as well.
The supplier helped met to get the selector in the header of the pages. Great support!
I can really recommend this app.

Among all translation apps, this is the best! The others had some bugs or other problems. Here too - everything works perfectly and the app is regularly updated now.

Also, I had a small problem (which was my fault most likely). They made specially for me a step by step video on how to solve it.

This app is very powerful and easy to use.
I have tried similar apps before but (T Lab - AI Language Translate) is the best,

I really recommend this app to anyone looking for a Language and Currency translation.

This is an great app to translate content to multiple languages. Sometimes i struggle finding the right content after i see an wrong AI translation. Also i would love to have an scheduled AI translation before i launch many more languages. Besides all this i give it 5 stars as it does 99% of heavy lifting and does it well.

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! This is an amazing app - the best I have used among 10+ apps I have downloaded from the store. Easy design, easy steps, a youtube video tutorial for all possible steps, just an all round well built app!

The AI Translate is my favorite! Also, you can edit the translations which is super cool

I'm a little bit dumb, didn't know why my selected language was inactive in my website. I didn't contact T Lab company, I went to ask for help from shopify experts. Price for setting up the language was 200-300 dollars...
So I tried contacting T Lab assistant instead. Sooooo - 2 minutes later my store already was operating with my wanted language... In 2 minutes the customer support saved me few hundred dollars :)) Also the app is free. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH T LAB TEAM. I LOVE YOU

App has updated a lot since original experience, and customer service has become very proactive and helpful. It has some automation features which make updating a breeze and you can link to your chosen AI for translations, or use their own out of the box one which works generally OK. Would highly recommend. Billing is a little complicated, but support team responds quickly and solves all problems.

The customer service and assistance was excellent with this company. If you're looking to translate your website, this is the best option - I know because I've tried a couple others that were too difficult to implement. You will be very pleased - give it a try!

This is an excellent plugin. The feature that appealed to me most is the ability to replace images, which has been incredibly helpful. The customer support team is also fantastic—they were very prompt and proactive in answering my questions.
