I used this app over a year, and everything is fine so far, but this app suddenly not work today for all collections & products translation, anyone have this issue today? Received the feedback from this app developer with a hour, thank you for your quick response, and hopefully Shopify will follow up this issue ASAP. Thank you.
Hi Michelle,
Please note that a regression was introduced by Shopify overnight which broke the surfacing of the translations for all four-letter locale languages like zh-tw for example. We have been in touch with the Shopify devs and they have promised to provide a fix for this asap.
We will let you know when this is done. Also, our app has been updated to notify all users of this problem.

Their app is great and their support is also very good. I had trouble publishing our English version of the shop, they helped me solve the issue very quickly. It's easy to use and they're easy to work with. I truly recommend this app.

The team at translation lab were fantastic in helping us go live with over 100,000 translations. Metin and Melin in particular worked relentlessly over weekends in their own time to help push our translations through. To say they went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year! fantastic app! gets the job done. great value for money, and easy to use. if there was one thing to improve on, that would be to have a translation function by page or URL
