We have been using Contlo for an year now and as an Omnichannel it has helped a lot to increase our sales and customer retention journey. The detailed segmentation and targeting helps us to study our audience closely.

Contlo has been a game-changer for Goofy Tails, our pet product e-commerce brand. It's boosted our conversion rates by addressing drop-offs with automated processes. The app seamlessly uses email, SMS, and WhatsApp for targeted campaigns, reaching customers through their preferred channels. The customizable pop-ups look great and keep users engaged, leading to fewer drop-offs and higher conversion rates. Loved the experience of working with Contlo. I've been associated with them a little over a year and what shines is the user friendly UI/UX and the outstanding customer support. (A huge shoutout for Suraj Tiwari who's currently handling our account.)

While the WhatsApp template submission with Gupshup isn't the most convenient, creating and sending the campaign later definitely is.

I also like the way analytics are captured at Contlo.

Some improvements needed, but overall, a great choice!

I’m using Contlo Product review app. It has been so good until recently. All of a sudden, all reviews on my store disappeared and I’m unable to login to Contlo app. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

We've been using Contlo for the lst one year to manage our customer communication and marketing automation across channels like email, WhatsApp, and popups, and the experience has been excellent.

In starting this app was good there was account manager to solve all the queries but now they have just normal support which replies in 3 to 4 days. There are lot of bugs which can give your business a huge loss so stay away from this app.
