MLV Multi Country Pricing

Worst app experience, its been 11 days havent received a solution to my issue since then, the tech team is apparently still working on it they keep on asking for 24 hours every 24 hours. The moment we turn it on sizes disappear and the currency switcher also isnt working properly.

The worst support you can expect at the time of unsubscribing. Been trying to unsubscribe for more than a month their support team still says it's in process.
Be very careful when you are subscribing. They will delay from their side and keep charging you.

This app is fantastic for converting currencies across various countries. The support we received was exceptional. Although we encountered some integration issues, the guidance provided was excellent, and now we're delighted with the plugin's performance.

We have been using multi-country pricing and mcheckout for a long time now and the app has helped us get a good amount of international orders. Their support team is also very prompt and helpful , especially Harun from their support team.

Worked very well.

Not necessary for us anymore for our particular requirements but I will say the simple table interface to easily add product prices was welcome.

We have just started using MLVeda Multi Currency Pricing. I think the importance of customers seeing prices in their own currencies relative to their locations and rounded to the decimal points they are familiar with cannot be understated. We all come to apps with our own expectations and projections of what they can do, and this can often lead to misunderstandings between developer and client. My experience with MLVeda setting up the app and chats with support were exactly what one would hope for.
Recently we have had a few technical issues - prices on the item and in the cart were showing different. Vijay, Harun, Shaba, Amol and others on the team solved the issue.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. Shopify should even remove it from the sore for the below reasons:

1. Bad customer Support: If you ever faced an issue with the app no one will help you but yourself. The support team doesn't know what they're doing, they just give you lame excuses.

2. Bugs: This application is very buggy and sometimes does not even switch the currency.

3. Slow: By using this app keep in mind that your products page will take forever to load especially the prices of each product, so for the first 30-60 seconds your customer will view a page with no prices.

Overall I don't recommend this app for anyone and I'm currently looking for better apps.

We have been using this app for 3 years and it is perfect for controlling our prices. Any issues or questions I have always get dealt with or answered so fast. very friendly and helpful staff.

The customer service team is amazing, they are very responsive, helpful, and organized, Especially Vijay Patal.
Adding to that, this application is great for setting your prices in different countries easily as well as changing them. It works perfectly using the IP address.

The day i installed this app, shopify speed score went down from 57% to 25%. Thus, that affected overall conversion rate.

Scheduled google meet calls twice but I wait there for them in google meet to show up, but nobody show'd up.

Overall, it was working fine. But I had delete it.
