Appointment Booking Cowlendar

I finally found a scheduling app that is flexible enough to meet my needs. It's easy to set up and the instructions and videos provided are right there to help you.
I had a problem as I'm using an older Shopify them for my website and Leo made himself immediately available to assist, even though it was after hours. I appreciate the great service and I can't recommend Cowlendar enough.

Great service and the owner does great work. Always fairly fast at getting back to me and has helped with every problem thus far.

Definitely recommend if your business is appointment orientated as its simple and easy to set up. Just take 5 mins to read the settings and browse around, you can figure it all out on your own if need be because it is that simply made!

Extremely easy to use without the hassle of trying to figure out how the app works. I have spent a few days trying various apps to find the one that was suitable for my needs and am very happy i found Cowlender. User experience is direct to the point and i was extended full assistance even before purchasing the app as i had a few questions to clarify. The customer service rendered to me was above my expectations and i truly appreciate the overall experience.

This is far and away the best booking app out there! It is exceptionally user friendly with excellent customer service and has features not offered by the others. this app is really in a different league. I made a list of other similar apps and decided to test about 5-6 of them and in every case, except with Cowlendar, the set up was very difficult and the final results did not meet my needs. I switched to this app after having used another, more expensive app for scheduling that would throw the same glitch at least once a month. I was getting to know their dev team a little too well.

This app is very inuitive to set up, and is working well so far. I had a quick question during set up and contacted the developer on chat. He's is either North America based, or he's awake at all hours on the other side of the planet. Either way, he was very responsive.

Amazing app and great value for money!! I have tried all other booking apps on the Shopify store and Cowlendar is simple to use and let's you personalise almost everything which the app, which it great if you are using Shopify Markets or sell in different languages. The built-in bespoke email notification PER SERVICE is amazing and very helpful if you have different types of service which require different instructions. Leo (founder of the app) is super hand-on on the customer service side and replies super fast. Very happy with this!

I use Cowlendar to offer party reservations in my Shopify store. It's working well for me and even links to my Google Calendar to make sure we know all the bookings. It is very flexible and allows a number of different options. Support is right there for you as well!

Update: I'm now using it for multiple reservations. The app allows you to block off dates and times for some services to allow others to be reserved for the same locations. It is very flexible and the author is continuing to update it with new and better features. Highly recommended!

I downloaded and tried several other event ticketing apps prior to this one and ended up being so disappointed that to get any of the customization features, the monthly and/or per ticket fees were outrageous. for $10/mo I get all the features I need! Affordable for a small business. I am launching candle making classes and this app has been relatively easy to set up and Leo has answered any questions I've had! This app could be used for a wide variety of events and purposes - very versatile and user friendly! thank you so much to Leo and highly recommend!

We at Douk Snow are stoked to have found the Cowlendar app! It's been a game changer for our build-your-own days. Not only does it replace the boring "add to cart" button with a much more exciting "book now" button, but it also allows us to easily block off dates for when we're away from the workshop building stock snowboards, or at event days!

The best part is how easy it is for our customers to use. No technical booking systems, just a few clicks and they're booked in for a day building their own unique board.

Overall, we can't recommend Cowlendar enough. It's simple to manage, fun to use, and has helped us take our build-your-own days to the next level.

Very impressed with this app and Leo the owner. Had a couple of questions that needed to be answered and he was there to answer them. Love the live chat support - well worth the cost of the app, in case if something goes wrong in the future. Also he's willing to take feedback to make his app better. I like that he is proactive and willing to adapt to the market. I looked at other booking apps and most will do similar things but this one is actually well laid out, has a good user experience on both the backend (admin) and the front end (customer). I spent a couple of hours looking through booking apps and landed on a couple but this one comes out way ahead of the others. Plus you can't really beat the price which was also another factor we looked at. Other booking apps want to take a % of sales, or have other confusing costs. This is just a straight cost.

I'm also looking forward to the SMS text reminder feature and hope that it does get developed and comes out in the near future!
