After installing and removing 3 other booking apps, I landed on Cowlender and within minutes, I had a fully functional booking calendar running in my store. Judy, the Cowlendar assistant online, ( a real human, not AI) reached out to me and guided me to the customization section and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I will recommend you try this app, you will very happy with it's ease of functionality and stylish look.

Newly installed this app, so I'm still testing it out, but so far it is amazing! Also, the chat was super easy to get help, and they knew exactly what I needed to set up! Definitely recommend this app for bookings!

Just getting started and support has been phenomenal! I tried almost every booking app and couldnt get any of them to work out of the box. This has been much easier to set up and most importantly offers 24 hours support..so if your up at 2 am (like me) and trying to get things set up or just have questions there is someone who knows the answers quickly and will provide screenshots with explanations! This one app has so many configural options and can be utilized for almost any service you can imagine.

So far i am trying to integrate Cowlender into my cart/checkout - This is not how it is designed to work so it is taking a bit of coding. I have not completed this task yet but hope to do so before my trial period is finished. There are some challenges in doing so but the calendar and booking process is very good. If anyone is looking for a straight forward booking process this is a very good option.

The customer service is 100/100. I talked with 2 different live agents and both helped a lot but the last one finished the job for me and she was very nice!

Had some challenges figuring my way around but support was great! I've now reached out to them many times, each time I'm impressed with the effort they put into helping me figure out my issues. Moises in particular is amazing and always kind. I really enjoy using this app!
