Appointment Booking Cowlendar

I tried Cowlendar after using BookEasy (which was a bad experience), and was so relieved that it is straightforward and easy to use, plus seems to work as advertised. I would recommend, especially for people like me who aren't great with technology.

Noah is amazing! We spent well over an hour working on each of my products one by one as each of them needed different formats. I put off adding a calendar on my store for two years because it always was too difficult but today it felt like i had my own employee with Noah and he didn't log off until everything I needed was done, I'm absolutely thrilled. The product itself is also great but the customer service is what brings it to the next level!! Very happy customer here!

I love this app! It is so user-friendly. I have been using it for just over a year and I recently upgraded to get all the features. Mateo is quick to respond to customer support and is very friendly. The platform is so professional as well. It upleveled my business organization. I love the customizing control I have for my unique needs for each event and service. I recently started using this app and encountered some features that I wasn't sure how to use and had a few questions. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the support I received from Leo, the founder of the app. Leo was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, making it easy for me to follow the steps to set up the app properly. Having such a responsive support team is incredibly important, especially for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. It really made the whole experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. Kudos to Leo and the team for their excellent support!

I use this app for booking private jewelry appointments. It's affordable and the customer service is fantastic. I had some issues with my 'book now' text not showing up but Mateo got it sorted out quickly for me and fixed it! Highly recommend!

This app has made such a great improvement to my Dog Walking website making it super easy for customers to book online, The team at Cowlendar are extremely helpful when you have questions, I spoke to Anna today and asked her many many questions and she was very friendly and solved all of my issues, she's great!

I recently decided to add a booking feature to my site, I wanted to be able to have something easy to install and manage as the business owner but also be able to add features as I needed. So far the ease to integrate this into my super custom built site has been great and Leo is very involved into making the experience great on his end of things.

The app is very user friendly and I was able to get us fully set up within about 45 minutes. I was a little confused about some setting but I reached out to support and Theo was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. I do wish that they had a Klayvio integration but Theo was able to guide us to some other ways to make the app work for us in the meantime.

I've been testing Cowlendar for a couple of weeks and have just gone live with it to take bookings for large tours. I'm really happy with the design of it on the front end and the function in the back is great. 10*s have to go to the team for their customer service though, which really sets this app apart. They respond straight away and are super helpful - even in this short time they've come up with two customisations for my theme. I can't thank them enough and they deserve every success.
