Cowlender is a very user friendly app and if you are ever having a hard time, then you can always message one of the members of their team. I had an issue with getting zoom links and Sofia(one of the team members) was able to help me very quickly.
We had a great experience with THEO, who helped us figure out how to import our booking to google calendar as opposed to doing it manually on our own! He not only replied quickly, but provided clear instructions and photos to help :)

They are great, incredibly friendly, and overall a delight to deal with. Mateo in particular always offers help whenever I am using the app and has quick solutions to every issue. Would recommend! 10/10.
