Lost out on $5000 worth of business as the app stopped sending the forms to my email.
Hey, As checked and updated you that you were manually unsubscribed from our email, that is the reason for not receiving the email. It was not our application bug.
Wonderful! Not only is the product straightforward and easy to use, the support team is incredibly kind, responsive, and competent. We had an issue with implementation and they solved it in a matter of hours! Very pleased so far.

I looked around for a while trying to find an app that would work for my Wholesale application form. Basically, I needed a customisable form that would allow me to approve customers and automatically assign them a tag. This app does all that and more! The customer service is excellent and they will help you if you can't figure something out. I'm very happy with this app!
