I love it!
It's simple, automatic and easy to use.
I had to install it and the rest is done by itself.
I can see that our webpage loads faster and all the images are optimized.
It saves time for me because I don't have to resize the images and optimize all of them. And it also saves time for our customers as well because the pages load faster. Therefore it makes me more money. I love it and I recommend using it!

We've been using CrushPics for six years now and received nothing but great support and reliable compression which has kept our site a fast upload plus SEO friendly image re-titling and alt text. We found Crush.pcs app Is very easy to use and automate setup, Has great customer support, Works great at compression, Works great with SEO file renaming, and Has very fast queuing->image compression after posting (no waiting).

Your app is great, is currently the best solution for resizing and renaming pictures over Shopify. With a Clean interface is a great solution for all our catalogue of fibre optics products and accessories. The support has been excellent as well and the UI/UX experience is top notch. What is better is the PageSpeed improve that we had. Now we are on green numbers under PageSpeed Insights on Google.
Gets completely the job done!

I have tried other image compression apps. I personally think this is by far the best. Simply because it has lossy compression. I just wanted the highest compression available (lossy) - the smallest file size.

What exactly happen was that over 2000+ images on my site were already compressed by another app and even by myself using ImageOptim, so I wouldn't expect using crush.pics will make any changes. Surprisingly, it was able to further compression a nice 30% on average more.

I am so glad I got this app. Thanks guys!

Honestly best support I have ever gotten so far. I got here through a youtube video that recommended me installing the app to increase pagespeed. App is fully automated. For me didn't do that much because I had already compressed my images, but still a 30% crush on top of that is really good.

I contacted support and had some questions about pagespeed, questions not really related to the app. Ron his advice resulted in a pagespeed increase of 2 sec instantly :). Support to me is about helping your clients even outside your business.

Works really nicely and seamlessly. Image sizes are often a challenge for us since our team at our physical store doesn't usually have time to edit images before uploading. Crush does a great job of working in the background to make everything happen.

My favorite part about crush is the pricing plans... if you have a month which is going to be heavy, then just bump up the plan for the month. Once things calm down, pull it back down again. Also the backup feature is nice and allows you to try some things out and if you're unhappy you can easily roll back. All-in-all, until Shopify introduces a proper DAM, crush is a great stop gap for reducing image sizes.

Thank you so much for this great app! It helped me to get to the green status in Google's Page Speed insights for both Mobile and Desktop. Also the support from Marc was way beyond my expectations, hats off. Initially I thought the app could not compress a tiny part of the images but thanks to a very detailed help from Marc I could find the real source of the problem that was rooted in my theme's settings. Marc even went ahead and guided me how to fix it in my theme. Thank. You. So. Much. Also the app's set-and-forget system that scans all new images automatically makes it incredibly useful without adding extra recurring work. I wish more apps were like this - if you charge a recurring fee you better do a recurring work - which this app does - and does it well. Happy customer.

Get this app. Seriously one of the most important things you can do these days is increase your page speed.

Use this tool to see how your store if performing, https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights

Marc answered all of our questions at all hours of the day and night, he was extremely helpful and professional.

We saw a huge jump in our page speed after installing it. And the beauty of it is that it runs in the background. Regardless if you are selling designer swimsuits and fashion products like we are speeding your website up is one of the key signals Google is looking for these days.

Don't be put off by the FREE-39.99 price monthly. We have over 25k images and only pay $4.99 a month.

Well worth it to keep all of our bikini and swimwear images compressed and loading fast!

It's very easy to use, lets you test out lossy compression on a few images at a time before doing your entire website, and after compression you can click "Details" to do easy comparison of original and new version with a slider you move across the image.

What's nicest is that the compressed images often look better by removing some kind of honeycomb noise you sometimes get in images. I haven't noticed detrimental effect on images due to lossy compression except on some objects such as rugs with thick piles and complicated frosted glass. Fine wood details don't seem perceptibly degraded.

My only suggestion on improving this is to allow us to choose desired maximum kb size threshold. Some of the images I uploaded were a few mb, but maybe it is my bad for not compressing it before uploading originally, but it would be cool if this app could compress 500kb-5mb images to something like 100-300kb images if you asked it to.

Do you want an app you want to just throw money at because it works so fast and easily?

This is the first app I never knew I needed but once I used was shocked.

We had about ~800 images on our site that needed optimizing by what our web developer said. He recommended this app and for the price I can't believe how convenient it is.

I was concerned it would mess with our SEO but it left it alone and just optimized the images.

We were able to make our images 38% smaller across the board without losing ANY quality that we could see. That is HUGE for SEO and customers who have slower connections. Now our site is bullet speed loading time wise. This then makes Google happy and gives us even better search results.

The staff is amazing and helped almost immediately with any questions we had as well.

I hope they keep this level of professionalism, ease of use, and customer service as they will continue to do great!
