Very helpful customer service. They were very quick to get back to us and help create a calculator.

I used this to help get our window film business moving. Once I got past the formulae hiccups (once I checked the samples, it made sense).
Support is quite fast and very helpful. Looks good too.

With the image option, each icon will automatically replace the first product main image.

I have just now installed this app and it looks very promising. I sell Button-Badges in 6 different sizes and the very nice people at the support helped me building the calculator just to my special needs. Good choice!

Experience is really great. Nitin was amazing with sorting out very technical errors helping with coding and many other things. Because of him, he really made this overall experience 5*. The app its self it really great and would rate it as 4.5 as, the thing letting it down is the level of customisation in appearance and also, the conditional feature only being allowed once per element unfortunately. If they could add at least 2 use's of conditions per element and the ability to change fonts, all box corners etc.. It would be perfect.

The customer support for Apippa is fantastic. Despite a few initial set up challenges with the app due to some unique requirements I required from the calculator for curtain measurement, the customer support team were always very responsive and managed to solve all of the challenges I faced. They were friendly and provided regular status updates. I would use Apippa again in the future.

The app has a good base and would be a good too for many businesses.
But the fact that it cannot work with Base Shopify Variants takes away the value of this app for our situation. We sell items that have Standard and Custom sizes, but this app cannot do custom pricing at the variant level so it's a no for us.

Customer Service was great though, so still dropping a 5 star review.

Extend the functionality to allow assignment at the Variant/SKU level and you would have a fabulous product that would certainly have a much larger appeal and market.

Love this app for complicated pricing calculators. And their customer service and support has been excellent!
