大変良い
super fantastic app. simple to install and to use. Thank you!!
Scrolly is designed as a “screen time buddy” that helps you block distracting apps like TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook with a simple tap. Users report saving over 90 minutes a day on average, which makes it a great option for anyone trying to be more mindful with their phone use.
Easy setup – no complicated menus or subscriptions.
Physical interaction (tap-to-block) makes it feel intentional and habit-forming.
Noticeable time savings for people who struggle with endless feeds.
If you’re serious about cutting down on screen time, it’s worth trying.
Love it
