Compared to other review apps, their customer service is incredibly slow, often taking hours to respond to our questions. A single issue typically takes one to two business days. DADAO's customer service is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend it.
Exporting comments also requires recharge, and the free operation covers vague content display and is too misleading.
So far this is one of the better review apps I have used, however even with the paid version now, you cannot edit reviews anymore. ?? When first installed I was able to so not sure why it changed. Due to this, I will probably uninstall it and try yet another app.
This plugin is well integrated and easy to use, the backend interface is intuitive and newbie friendly. The special technician is also very professional and gave me a lot of suggestions for optimization. Highly recommended!
