They find it far more flexible than Shopify’s default reports, with powerful custom columns and functions for detailed financial needs like COGS and profit. Many praise the intuitive interface, reliable performance for multi‑store setups, strong value pricing, and fast, expert live‑chat support that builds custom reports.

I absolutely love Data Export app! It has exceeded my expectations. The functionality, user interface, and customer support are top-notch. It has made managing my store so much easier and more efficient. Highly recommended!
I used this app to help generate custom reports so that I can enter in the sales from my store in a timely manner. I was able to get the reports I needed within minutes! The people were great to work with! Highly recommend!
This is a solid and very detailed app. After downgrading to the Shopify Basic Plan I was worried that I was not going to have the detailed info needed to grow my business. But, this app has helped me not to worry about that.
This is a great app that has allowed us to create custom reports and access fields not normally accessible through Shopify. They have a great customer support as well that can help with any questions or building out reports.
Arun was sooooo helpful at getting some custom code written into my report. Each time I've reached out, the Data Export team has been super-responsive and attentive to my reporting needs. This app is great bang for the buck!
This app does exactly what I need, its reliable, we use it 365 days a year - and the support staff are amazing - they will do anything they can to help you - even setup and customize your reports to your own spec. So useful!
I absolutely love this app. The ease of use and flexibility are great, but what was greater was the customer support they gave when I needed help figuring out a custom report - the support was quick and exactly what I needed.
Most reasonable cost app on the marketplace, very flexible reporting software. Great functionality. Easy to sync with Google sheets, our companies most preferred export because of the easy sharing to the public or internal use.
I had some problems to export sales data. But the support team helped me quickly through chat messages and email. Thanks for your great help, Sam, Jim and Jaba. I got to fully understand how this app works. I recommend this app.
Everything I've needed has either been there or was created for me within minutes by the helpful people in the chat! I even received an email asking if I needed any custom reports for tax purposes - which I did! Love this app!
