Data Export IO: Report

I wanted to use the app for the auto-export but it didn't work properly. After I contacted the team, they solved my problem immediately. After that I even asked Sam if he could make some custom changes in the fields and they did it the same hour! Excellent app if you need to make export / auto exports.

I used to go crazy having to download the entire Shopify database every time I needed to get a report out of inventory. Data Export is easy, fast and has excellent customer support. The first time I asked for help the rep actually created the report for me within a minute. I'm still in the trial period, but this looks like a good investment.

This app did everything we need, but what was even better was the support they provide. Any time we had questions or needed assistance they were available and quickly able to answer our questions and help set up the reports we need. Live chat feature they provide is great. We have many reports scheduled to email and upload to FTP, in all different formats.

Update 3-2023: Wow - EPIC customer support. I cannot possibly recommend the service and more importantly the POWER this app brings to our Shopify stores. Data exports, scheduled product status reports, sales breakdown by customer by period... the list goes on and on. We have ~15 apps in our store, this one has the most features, the best service and just $12. INCREDIBLE!!!

INCREDIBLE value for $12 a month!!! We use this app for creating live inventory status/QTY feeds to our reseller customers. We were looking for some customization, and in less than 30 minutes, Shawn had the feature totally dialed in. This app adds a TON of value in managing our business, I would strongly encourage any store owner to give it a try. We have just started exploring the vast capability of this app, super impressed!! Support has also been excellent in daytime hours (USA). Very, very impressed!!

added app, logged in, clicked a report, it downloaded no data. then, I tried to view another report and it wants me to upgrade. here is a big hint for your sales funnel: DELIVER VALUE FIRST, THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY. I won't be continuing with this product.

We're new to SHOPIFY but have a long history in mail order using other programs. Data Export is helping us generate reports we need for things like ordering inventory. We have several hundred vendors, and about 3000 sku's, and sales history is important to us. David and crew have helped us with questions about pulling several "Product Types" into a single report. That was a bit trickier for us than just pulling by a SKU, or a single product type. But it will make our reports far more useful.

The assistance provided by the Data Export technical staff was outstanding and set a high benchmark for customer care. This application has integrated itself as a fundamental component of our daily workflow. I am especially grateful for their repeated help in configuring bespoke columns through specialized functions, ensuring the output met our exact specifications. The best app for data export we have found so far. Highly configurable and, above all, with a live view of the report - very helpful. We had some problems creating specific reports, and Mathu was extremely helpful and solved all the problems within minutes.

This app is incredible. We use it to calculate revenue and cost in compliance with Japan’s financial rules, which require calculations to be based on the shipping date.

We also rely on it for managing our Meta Ads.
