Data Export IO: Report

We use Data Export Reports on several stores for multiple and growing purposes. Always amazed at the level of support they provide. Whilst easy to use, their customisation service is amazing. Send them your challenge! Nothing they won't tackle with speed and professionalism. Great recommend.

This app completely changed our reporting structure. We now get a much clearer picture of our costs, sales, revenue, and beyond - daily! I needed to run a report to show me how many individual products were ordered within each order that has ever come through my shop. I couldn't run this type of report in shopify, but Sam at Data Export (contacted through their awesome Live Chat feature) did it in minutes and then taught me how. It was awesome and took away a major headache. Thanks, Sam and Data Export!

I use this app on all 3 of our Shopify stores because it is that good... it gives us any easy way to run reporting on every possible data point that exists in Shopify. We don't even run any reports in Shopify any more at this point everything is run from Data Export as there is 10 times the data, formatting, and ease of use. Plus the customer service is the best I have come across for any app and we have lots. Great Product and Great Service!

Brilliant app - I have been struggling to get any info I need from Shopify reporting, and thought it a lost cause until I found this app. Amazing reporting functionality out of the box, e.g. I can extract sales info from orders that I tag e.g. telephone sale, email sale, in person sale etc. which is important for our business planning. Plus Chan and James are so responsive on the online chat and Chan created a custom report for me in a matter of minutes. Highly, highly recommend.

Not only is the functionality extremely extensive and totally suited to our various needs, whenever we have a special requirement Data Export Support is always there to help. I needed an automated report to complete inventory counts at my brick and mortor store. This report was able to auto generate at the requested schedule time weekly, as well as upload it to my Google drive for easy access at my store. I had some difficulties at the begining with figureing out all the available fields and what it mapped to on Shopify. The tech support was incredibly helpful and supported in creating my template for me rather me continuing to "click" and see what came out. I'm excited to see what other reports I can generate from this app.

First, the customer support for this app is just phenomenal. I needed a complex report with a pivot table and I sent a message using their live chat feature (built right into the app, easy) and within about 5 minutes, David had built the report for me and it was perfect. It was just such a seamless and frustration-free process! Secondly, the app is very powerful, even with the more basic plans. For the price, capabilities, and support staff, this is app is an absolute no-brainer for anyone needing reporting features that aren't built into Shopify. Great job!

Wow. Our lines of business expanded over the last month and Shopify's reports were not able to sort orders by tags (Why Shopify, why?) or able to capture sales that were fulfilled but NOT ordered in respective time periods for inventory tracking. In short, Shopify did not have what we needed so we added this app after it showed up as a recommendation from the app Order Tagger. I had challenges of setting up reports so I reached out for support but not expect to be contacted back quickly and have the reports I needed fixed directly. Many times companies direct you to their forum or FAQ section - which I did check first - instead of just helping out. So, not only is it a great app, they have a team that backs up their product and made 3 custom reports that solve what accounting and inventory management needed. Well done!

I *never* write reviews to anything I buy, but I had to for this service. I've tried literally 10 different apps until I found this one. The interface looks a bit old but it's the best data export I've found yet. Super versatile and a google sheets integration, and a very low cost. Most importantly - the data is super accurate and reflective. Some other apps I tried gave me conflicting data, but this one is right on the money every time. This gives me a sense of confidence when making my analysis, and it's so user-friendly that I already have around 10 different automation. The customer support is INSTANT, which surprised me. They answer within seconds when using live chat, which is the fastest I've ever seen. Even Amazon has a long funnel and a minute of waiting time before getting to a representative in their live chats. Like I said- I never write reviews. I hope this convinced at least one person to try this app out because I promise you will not regret it.
