Great App with Excellent Customer Support!
This app is really helpful in allowing our customers to estimate their shipping dates during checkout, which helps set clear expectations and improve the overall shopping experience.
What really stands out is their customer support. Tomas and the team are very quick to respond, super helpful, and always willing to troubleshoot issues together to find the best solution. They genuinely care about their users and are open to feedback and improvements.
Highly recommend this app for any Shopify store looking to provide better shipping date estimates and excellent customer experience!
The paid plan for this app is already a great value vs. other apps because it's unlimited usage, but the onboarding and setup support we received was truly a white glove experience - even when our 3PL couldn't provide the requested API keys, the onboarding guy Tomas immediately developed a workaround, and now everything works flawlessly!!
I would definitely recommend this app to everyone looking for real time Dates and Rates in their store!!
We tested many other apps trying to get exactly what we wanted but they all fell short in one way or another. Tomas was able to configure Dates and Rates exactly how we wanted it and any issues that come up he's been able to fix very quickly. We highly recommend it!
