This app is really helpful in allowing our customers to estimate their shipping dates during checkout, which helps set clear expectations and improve the overall shopping experience.

What really stands out is their customer support. Tomas and the team are very quick to respond, super helpful, and always willing to troubleshoot issues together to find the best solution. They genuinely care about their users and are open to feedback and improvements.

The paid plan for this app is already a great value vs. other apps because it's unlimited usage, but the onboarding and setup support we received was truly a white glove experience - even when our 3PL couldn't provide the requested API keys, the onboarding guy Tomas immediately developed a workaround, and now everything works flawlessly!!
