Really sorry for the frustration here. Bulk Ready for Pickup does exist, and from your support emails it looks like some confusion in how it was being used is what caused this. We replied to both of your emails the same day with instructions and haven't heard back yet, so whenever you're ready we'd be glad to guide you through it. Just to clarify, we do offer a free plan, and it’s possible that some features were not fully explored in the short time you used the app. Additionally, many of our competitors don't offer free plans, but we aim to provide flexibility and value.
