Decile ‑ Customer Analytics

I want all of my Shopify friends and none of my competitors to know about Decile. Not only was I able to answer a master list of 25 CRM questions (which had gone un-answered for MONTHS) within an hour of our data being uploaded, but I was able to action on many of them and push audiences to my media platforms the same day. Prior to Decile I was warehousing all of our Shopify data in GCS/BigQuery and writing SQL queries from scratch—I'm a performance marketing director, not an analyst by trade, so this took me forever and often I was unsure if I had done things right. Since Decile, I haven't had to touch BigQuery once and I have complete faith in the data I'm looking at. I now know things like "Over what timeframe do 80% of our customers make their second purchase, pivoted by the month they were acquired?" The team is great, the UI is top notch, and the Acxiom data is a great addition to paid targeting. Everything that I wanted when I was using an enterprise CDP is available in Decile. This is a very advanced platform to gain data and insights on your audience (aka CRM platform). You may think you know your customers but this tool gives you a very deep understanding of their attributes and behaviors. The team is absolutely stellar! I've received a white glove service from a world-class team of experts. They were all great communicators and literally handholding me in every step of the journey from onboarding to strategy to execution. They were always available for my questions. I learned a lot from them. They've given me so many recommendations and helped me put together a testing framework. This platform gives access to thousands (maybe millions) of 3rd party data audiences, which you may want to use to discover new audiences for acquisition purposes.

Wow! Analytics we didn't even know we could get! This app is so so so deep into our analytics we are able to properly, and easily, target anyone we want to in a fashion that reflects reality and not just guessing who our appropriate audiences are. We are so happy with our calls with their team, their kindness and just overall amazing nature.
