I used omega Delivery date app for my business. Not only it is easy to use but the supporting team is very quick and helpful. They were able to understand the problem in couple of meetings and fixed it by working overtime same day. Really appreciate their hardwork.

so i have tried probably 3 delivery date apps in shopify already and this is by far the best delivery date picker app that works best. the other apps had so much issues and additional fees. i had some issues during installation but the customer service helped me right away and did not stop until it was resolved.
We used this app for the year and have consistently experienced issues with it. Their customer service is responsive with communication, but their tech team has been delayed with fixing our issues. One grave issue came up in that the app was allowing customers to choose dates in the past. It took the team 2 weeks to fix that, while in the meantime we continued to receive orders with date errors. I will be deleting this app.
Only just signed up with these guys and needed some support and I got a response within less than a minute, really good support!

I’m going to start using this app because I have three different divisions in my business, each with three different delivery options. The app works great! It takes a little figuring out how everything works, but once you do, it’s fantastic. There was one thing I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out, and Vivian was a huge help! UPDATE:
Though I appreciated the help I received from the DingDoong team, I ended up uninstalling the app 3 days after my initial review, from frustration. The app is unfortunately VERY limited in features, in the simplicity of setting up the pre-order schedule I needed.
I am currently using the Bird Pickup and Delivery app and their features are far better; even with the FREE plan! VERY happy now!

Honestly, the app was initially a bit overwhelming for me, considering I am a one-woman-show, who wears many hats in her business, FT job and personal life, however, there was one particular individual who went OVER AND BEYOND, in patiently assisting me after a loooong day, Joy. :)
Joy was an absolute pleasure to chat with, and incredibly efficient and knowledgeable! Perfect name for someone who can just so easily give you a warm glimmer of Joy and pleasantness to your day! GOOD customer service is practically non-existent these days, however, I genuinely appreciate this Team and hope they stay consistent in their customer service to us business-owners, etc!
