After months of trying to build our own shipping rate solution for remote Canadian orders, we finally found Zapiet and it worked like a charm. It took a couple days of troubleshooting, but the AI tools and customer service reps were very helpful and we built the right setup. I am not super tech-savvy but I'm pretty determined to make things work, so that combined with Zapiet's help, enabled us to find the perfect solution.
Absolutely outstanding customer service! Genesis was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. We tried many different ways together to resolve my issue, and Genesis never gave up or made me feel rushed. She took the time to explore different solutions and genuinely cared about helping me find a resolution. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and dedication Genesis put into assisting me.
