We started with a free plan - for which we were given assistance to set-up , which was excellent. As we progressed in developing our online store SidePanda have worked with us to develop a custom app that helps us collect our specific data sets from online orders and handle the unique needs of our doing business. SidePanda have been a wonderful surprise along the way in building our online store - I can't tell you how much pressure they have taken away from specific parts of the process that were causing great difficulty. Pretty straight forward app to use especially if you're transitioning from manual orders to online orders. Personally, I saw a decline in my sales once I transitioned but this app helped my business tremendously. Now, my clients are able to make partial payments or deposits so its not one lump sum. Customer service was incredible. All my questions and issues were addressed and fixed. I am really impressed, I've been searching for an app like this. Definitely recommending!
