Merchants say this app is excellent for complex promotions Shopify can’t handle well, like tiered bulk pricing, mix‑and‑match bundles, customer‑group discounts, conditional free shipping, and store‑wide sales with promo codes. They like managing all campaigns in one place and note it saves significant setup time. Many highlight fast, intuitive setup, strong volume and bundle tools, and outstanding support that quickly resolves discount conflicts and theme issues.

The support is AAA. I like that you can request certain customizations when needed. I haven't used a discounting app as good ass this one. I defiantly recommend it for complex and specific discount requirements.

We run a variety of different promotions with varying levels of complexity and setup is simple and straightforward for everything we've tried to do. If anything needs additional detail or technical work the support team is able to troubleshoot and resolve it for us.

I ran into a problem when I started implementing this app. But I contacted the team on chat and after a few minutes Rory came onto the chat. He understood my challenge straight away and made a workaround combined with some coding on his side, and then all worked as I expected. Super cool!!!!!!

Very helpful support, fair free plan options. A little bit complicated in setting up specific cases but I've been getting clear instructions. Quite the helpful and powerful tool with a lot of options for customization, too!
