I’m really sorry to hear Atlas gave you this impression. Reading that it felt like a waste of time and too expensive is very disappointing, and it is not the experience we want any merchant to have. We want every Atlas user to have a 5-star experience, and I'd love the opportunity to make that happen for you.

Very poor app, extremely difficult to use I couldn't even use their features and when I asked for support they ghosted me ,I didn't even complete the free plan trial and I was still billed wth! I was on a free trial for that matter how am I still getting billed after deleting?? Do not use this app ,I'm still looking for the support to ask for my refund! It's a disaster

I'm sorry this is how things have gone so far. Not being able to get the features working, and then feeling like you couldn't reach anyone when you needed help, is genuinely not the experience we want anyone to have. There's a chat inside the Atlas app where our AI can help troubleshoot right away, and you can reach our team by chat and email as well, but if that wasn't easy to find in the moment, that's on us to fix.
On the billing: free trials can still run up usage charges, and depending on timing Shopify may not have processed the charge yet on their end. I've emailed you directly so I can look at exactly what happened and get this sorted for you right away
