DPO Dynamic Product Options

This app does everything that I need it to and more. It is the best app that I have come across that fulfills all of our business needs. The customer service is amazing as well. Any questions that I have had have been answered and resolved very quickly. I highly recommend.

Thankful for finding this app for my custom sticker shop! I had to uninstall a previous app due to loading issues and other reasons. Dynamic Product Options on the other hand runs very smoothly and is able to calculate complex formulas for my pricing. The backup feature is also very useful and gives me peace of mind. Customer service is also great as everyone mentioned.

More customizable, better integration, better service, more features, more polish.

We use Dynamic Product Options as sort of 'bundler' where shoppers can select add-on items on a product page and those extra items get added to cart.

Here are some of the things we love:
- It updates prices in real time as users select options
- Shows which add-ons are out of stock and greys them out
- It shows photos of add-on products
- It pulls live prices of add-on products, so we don't have to keep updating them
- It allows for various quantities of add-ons
- When adding items to cart, it doesn't edit the main product or add extra text.
- Has responsive and helpful support that will fix problems and code solutions for you on the fly. (Thanks Roman, you rock!)

Infinite Options does NONE of those things.

Please just get this app.

Exceptional customer service. Great app. It helps us give the customer the ability to build their order by selecting various boxes and dropdowns etc.
Roman's tech support has been unbeatable. Very promptly helped us code a custom solution so that the customer can enter their zipcode (postcode) and then various parts of the form become visible. This has allowed us to give customers all over Australia the ability to see the options available to them for onsite installation of our product.

The app offers a lot of flexibility and options, while still being easy to work with once you get the hang of it. What really stands out, though, is the outstanding support. The team is incredibly quick to respond and genuinely takes the time to understand specific needs. Special thanks to Roman for guiding us through the setup and helping us achieve exactly what we were aiming for.

We used this app for over 3 years. Early on, it helped solve real customization needs. However, its core implementation is now outdated. The app creates real Shopify variants (D#) that are hidden in Admin UI but persist via APIs, carts, feeds, and Google Shopping. These variants pollute product data and cannot be reliably cleaned. Support denied responsibility and only suggested workarounds. We are forced to rebuild every affected product to fully remove the legacy data. One star due to unresolvable technical debt and lack of effective support.

I've been using the DPO for my Shopify store, and I have to say, it's absolutely fantastic! The customization possibilities are incredibly robust—you can tweak just about everything to fit your needs, from advanced option types to seamless integration with your product pages. The settings are powerful yet user-friendly, making it easy to create tailored experiences for customers. What really stands out, though, is the support team—they're wonderful, responsive, and always go the extra mile to help resolve any issues quickly. Highly recommend DPO for anyone looking to elevate their store's product options!

It really is one of the best apps for expanding product options. Incredibly many possibilities and if you have some programming skills, you can customize a lot.

But the best point is really the customer support. Roman is simply the best. He customizes so much for you and supports you everywhere, even if you have no programming skills.

Would gladly give more than 5 stars. Can only recommend!

It's a good option to adjust pricing for complex product variations, their support works very well, they fulfill your requests.

Only in the first setup, we had to do some brainstorming with mathematical formulas because the number of variations was too high.

Maybe Pricing could be better :)
