DPO Dynamic Product Options

The app has a somewhat steep learning curve, but the support team went above and beyond to assist me. Given the complexity of my situation, they ensured all settings were configured accurately and customized the options and design for me in just 48 hours. Their response was swift and impeccably executed.

Absolutely amazing. This is the product options plugin we have all been looking for and it is simply fantastic. The tech support is second to none, Roman was a hero, and the plugin options are so easy and intuitive... I have no complaints at all, and have been looking for a plugin like this for years after using literally every other option available on the Shopify App Store. This plugin is able to go as deep or as simple as you like in terms of product options and customizable look to fit your theme. Could not be happier. Take the dive, you won't regret it!

We were having a lot of trouble setting up our shopify store to offer custom printed products as the default pricing for shopify didn't support our needs. We settled on using Dynamic Product Options. It's extremely powerful and can support almost any configuration you can think of. In order to get our site set up the way we wanted it, we needed to rely on Roman from Dynamic Product Options for some customization help, and he was able to provide that quickly and professionally. Once you've been through the process a few times it's actually really easy, and it really didn't take us long to set up our wide range of products and custom options. 10/10, fantastic product with even better support!
Update: Shopify recently made some serious updates that effected a lot of our apps including DPO. After a huge panic, we reached out to DPO support who went above and beyond to fix the issues caused by shopify. In less than 2 hours we were up and running. DPO is a KEEPER.

We found this app back in 2022 to help with our very large collection of furniture. We chose it because you can do pricing with percentage upgrades. Makes it super easy to update. It was a learning curve in the beginning. The support staff is SOOO helpful! Super responsive and dove in to help.
Just now in 2026 - we relaunched a new theme and support was right there to help us make sure the app was fully functional and pricing correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don't be put off by how complicated it seems on first impressions. I have been looking for an app like this for years and it's very, very good. As others have mentioned as well, the support is off the charts good!

J'utilise l'application DPO pour configurer des pièces de bois massif sur mesure (plan de travail, étagère). Les possibilités de configuration et de personnalisation sont quasiment illimitées, je suis vraiment conquis par la solution. A noter également un excellent support client très réactif et qui m'accompagne dans mes besoins de paramétrages. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Julien
