Really lovely Team, very helpful and great app

simple and user friendly!

The app provides all the features I expected, and Jay at support has been incredibly responsive and shows great professionalism.

5 preorders a month sounded like 5 items that can be preordered. It was unclear that it was 5 orders per variant and I launched a campaign that was cut off almost immediately by the usage being exceeded on the free plan. I was then forced to upgrade to a monthly subscription to keep traffic flowing.

Update: This app does not easily work with shopify. It did not allow international preorders easily and flags everything as a subscription therefore making it unavailable in 188 countries. I DO NOT recommend this app and I will be cancelling my subscription to it immediately.

Super happy with how easy and intuitive this app was to set up. Finding an app that only applied the notify when back in stock to select products was key, and this was so easy to implement and manage. We ran into an a user issue on our theme, however customer support replied within 24 hours and helped us launch it seamless with no steps needed on our end. Great app!

I had to set up a store with pre-orders really quickly and the process was ridiculously easy (even for someone brand new to Shopify).

We've run over $20k pre-orders through it so far and its gone without a hitch. Really pleased with the campaign configuration which was easy to understand, and they nicely guide you through the entire setup process. Great work to the team.

Impressive in its simplicity and functionality. Wish it were more affordable. We're just starting out and the profit margins on our products would require us to sell 20-30 products before we break even. But if you have a store that's already selling well, this is a great product to go with.
